From June 5th to 7th the European Wound Management Association – EWMA conference, one of the most important appointments at European level on wound care, was held in Göteborg. Sanuwave was present with a stand dedicated to dermaPACE, while Matek brought Dr. Cassino – a vulnologist and geriatrician expert in lower limb ulcers – who intervened with a presentation comparing the shock wave technology with the therapy negative pressure for wound care.
From May 7th to 11th Sanuwave participated to SAWC Spring in San Antonio (USA), the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care that featured new cutting-edge topics led by the most dynamic and influential educators in wound healing to further move the wound care community forward and create a dynamic and unified voice to support the patient care. Sanuwave was there with dermaPACE with the aim to speak about the shock waves effects on diabetic foot ulcers.
Matek contributed too bringing Doctor Cassino – geriatrician specialist in DFU – who presented a poster entitled “Extracorporeal ShockWave Therapy in wound care: state of the art in Italy”.

The SICP Advanced Course “Diabetic Foot Care” was held in Rome at the Europa Congress Center. Matek was present with dermaPACE, the Sanuwave device with FDA certification for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.
